Dan B. Carlos is a Filipino-Canadian community leader who has proudly called Surrey home for 30 years. His work has kept him close to people from many cultural backgrounds and life experiences.
He has served as a licensed driving instructor for three decades, completed the Mental Health Course at Douglas College, and worked in outreach and support. He also continues to preach, mentor, and lead small groups in churches and community gatherings.
Dan is running for council to bring that practical experience into public service — listening carefully, building bridges, and reporting back clearly when residents ask what happens next.
